Do you believe in Christmas magic?

Do you believe that wishes come true?

Make-A-Wish UK is fortunate to be involved with making wishes come true every day, for the children who need them the most. The positive impact it has on them and their families is profound. We are incredibly proud that since 1986, we have granted over 14,000 wonderful wishes for children in the UK.

Make-A-Wish is the UK’s largest wish granting charity granting around 1000 wishes for poorly children each year. However, due to COVID-19, this year has been especially tough for the charity and as a result hundreds of #WishesAreWaiting. We need your help to make these wishes come true.

George was diagnosed with Batten Disease in 2017, a degenerative condition meaning that his life would be cruelly cut short. His family wanted to make the most of every day that they had left with him

At Make-A-Wish we try to make the impossible, a reality, and we granted George’s wish to go tobogganing down the side of a mountain in Austria.

Just over a year after his wish was granted, George sadly passed away but his wish meant that George’s family could have an experience which was truly like no other and to make memories which they will have forever.

We tell all kinds of stories and our these are about the children we grant wishes for. Their stories are about struggle, going through hard times and overcoming what seem to be, insurmountable obstacles and loss. At Make-A-Wish, we want to give these children the opportunity to write a new chapter and create incredible memories; stories about pirates and princesses, about meeting their heroes, about seeing a new corner of the world and having amazing adventures.

At Make-A-Wish UK, we are stories, but we need you to help us write them.
